Once more the news has been hit with yet another shooting across the pond as the man who shot and killed 12 people in Thousand Oaks, California, was identified as Ian David Long, a veteran of the US Marine Corps, who was on active duty from August 2008 to March 2013 as a machine gunner.
When we saw this fact we were shocked, this isn’t some psychopath with a disgruntled chip on his shoulder at the government, this was a Marine, a man who swore an oath to serve and protect, a calling that requires dedication and a mind-set that only a few have, the fact that there wasn’t an apparent motive also boggles the mind – how do you wake up in the morning and decide you’re going to kill twelve people?
While the man died at the scene from apparent suicide, we have to once again state there is enough argument to ban guns from the public domain and before someone comes to us and states that’s it part of the constitution to carry, we call bullshit – while three-fourths of the states have to approve the amendment for it to become law. In the past 200 years, the Constitution has been amended 27 times.
One of the most ridiculous things we saw in the report we found on this case was that the gun used was legally purchased, (.45 calibre Glock handgun) but the gunman – Long had used an extended magazine, which would enable the weapon to fire more rounds before needing to be reloaded – something that is illegal in California.
This is one the most crazy things we’ve ever heard, you can buy the gun but you can only have the normal number of rounds in it at a time, what the fucks the difference, if you take a gun with one bullet in it or a hundred bullets in it and you kill someone – it’s still fucking murder you halfwits!
When it is going to get through everyone’s thick heads that this needs to change, have there not been enough bodies in enough body bags to get you people to wake up but of course this is never going to happen is it because guns are a multibillion-dollar industry and everyone gets their share…
The dollar bill should be officially changed to the colour red considering your spending all that blood-money
